21. Standing Chest Flye (for Chest) – I Bet You Have Tried This to Develop Chest Muscles.

This exercise is never effective on your chest muscles, because your chest doesn’t work against gravity or resistance. Standing chest flye only works your shoulders by grabbing the weights in a laterally raised position. Although, it is not a harmful exercise, but it is utterly useless if you intend to develop your chest.
