22. Upright Row – Do You Want to Risk Tearing Your Ligaments?

This exercise also harmful for your shoulders. Every time you elevate your arms, and add resistance in that position, a small ligament in the rotator cuff area gets pinched. It is might not painful immediately. However, after repeated upright rows, the ligament will become damaged and could eventually tear.
